I am a board-certified Behavioral Sleep Medicine specialist, licensed in Clinical Psychology, serving Veterans full-time at the VA Portland Healthcare System. I am passionate about helping individuals sleep better, reducing or eliminating reliance on sleep aides. Training the next generation of board-certified BSM specialists is also my calling, as is national advocacy to promote access to this specialty care. Limited private pay services anticipated to begin in late 2026 for civilians seeking help with sleep disorders.
